If you've ever heard "You're such a promising individual. You can do so much" or something along those lines, it can be intimidating. It can make you think you should study/become something that doesn't allow you to be who you are. You have permission to be yourself. You are capable of most anything, but a career path isn't everything. Try to find and care for yourself in the process of finding what interests you and what you want your place in the world to be.
